Do my subcontractors have to sign up, and is my data shared with others outside my company?
A.
NO and NO! These questions go hand in hand. Other systems make your subcontractors sign up for their service, which then makes them available to your competitors. It also creates an extra step that may deter your subs from responding and bidding. With PipelineSuite, you’ll get a better response rate and coverage because it’s easier for them...they simply click a button in your email for instant access.

How do I get my list of subcontractors into the Software?

We have an import feature, but email them to us and we will import them for you as part of our service.

Can I edit my subcontractor data any time?
A.
YES! It’s YOUR data, you own and control it. You can edit it right on the screen with our inline editing technology. That’s one of the things our customers LOVE about PipelineSuite, that they are in full control of their subcontractor data and can edit anything instantly. You can’t do that with some other programs.

Am I limited on anything such as number of projects, emails, or file sizes?

No limits! We think limits are annoying.

Do you have a bid leveling program?

Yes! PipelineTabs allows you to tabulate infinite number of line items, identify differences and discrepancies, enter plug numbers and then level your bids.

Do you have a Prequalification module?

Yes! PipelinePrequal is robust and customizable, allowing you to qualify subs using your existing methods. We’ll take your existing form and convert it to an electronic version. PipelinePrequal is a robust form builder which will work for any form, not just a prequal.

Can I pay for only the modules I need?

Yes! And you can add or remove modules and our extra value-added services during your term.

Does PipelineSuite offer an NDA feature for confidential projects?

How can I get more bid invitations?

Add your company to the PipelineDirectory™. There is no cost, and then you’ll be seen by our general contractors needing your trade or materials in the geographic area you’re willing to work.

How can PipelineBid help my company?
A.
Imagine a centralized place to track all your incoming bid invitations and projects, either on a list or on a bid calendar that you can share with your fellow employees. Also use it to send proposals and make sure all the emails delivered, which customers opened your email and when.

What is the difference between the free version of PipelineBid and PipelineBid Pro?
A.
  1. With PipelineBid Pro, you can forward all your emailed bid invitations to bids@pipelinebid.com and our software will read them and enter them automatically. In the free version you need to manually enter all data.
  2. PipelineBid Pro includes a proposal builder, sender and tracker.
  3. PipelineBid Pro allows you to create and track unlimited custom fields. Whatever you were tracking in Excel can now be tracked in PipelineBid Pro!

No, we offer the flexibility of monthly or quarterly terms, and we offer a discount for paying annually.

Customer service is available 24/7; 365. We will provide you with a variety of ways to contact us, including a direct sales rep and online chat.

Do you offer training?

Yes, you get unlimited free training with your all PipelineSuite modules. We offer monthly training webinars, or you can schedule a special training session as needed.
